MediEzView is a visual patient-education product operated by MedSenseii Healthcare Technologies Private Limited (“MedSenseii”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, what we deliberately do not, and the choices you have.

In short: MediEzView is a clinician tool. We hold only the account details needed to give a verified doctor access. We do not collect patient health information (PHI), and the app is not designed to store any patient data.

1. Who this applies to

MediEzView is intended for licensed medical practitioners. It is a consultation aid, not a diagnostic device, and is not intended for patient self-diagnosis.

2. What we collect

When you sign up we store your name, work email, medical ID, specialty, and hospital/clinic. Beyond that, MediEzView does not collect personal data, browsing history, precise location, or advertising/device identifiers.

3. What we do not collect

MediEzView does not collect patient health information (PHI), patient names or identifiers, case notes, diagnostic history, or any clinical content. “Resume where you left off” state is stored only on your device. You must not enter patient-identifying information into the app.

4. How we use your account data

To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To verify your medical licence on activation.
To contact you about significant service or policy changes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Where your data lives

Account data is held with our authentication and database provider. Educational assets (3D models, procedure videos) are delivered from cloud object storage over encrypted connections. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.

6. Support submissions

If you send feedback or a bug report from within the app, we receive your message, any screenshots you attach, and basic build information, so we can help. Please do not include patient-identifying information in these messages.

7. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile, photo, and saved bookmarks.

8. Your choices & rights

You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your account data at any time. In-app, you can delete your account from Settings, or contact us and we will process it for you. Signing out clears your session on that device.

9. Children

MediEzView is a professional tool for clinicians and is not directed to children.

10. Changes to this policy

We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice or an email to your registered address.
